At Apollo Scooters, we want you to love your new look. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; ensure all original tags are attached to the garments to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
